Week one sucked

week one sucked for me. But, it could have been worse. I could have gained weight instead of maintaining. I really need to stop eating those darn ice cream bars. Those get me in trouble. Week two has started out great. Yesterday I did the 30 minute shred and the cool down of the yoga so I didn't hurt afterwards. Tonight, I am going to register at Kohl's, so that is going to give me a walking workout. Maybe I will do my yoga a bit tonight too. I have been incorporating more fruits and veggies in my diet this week and drinking more water. yay. This Thursday I have a procedure done at the doctor's, so hopefully I can still exercise after that. We will see what the scale says on Saturday. Woot!

Week 1 Results!

I just got back from my WW meeting and weigh-in and am down 1.8 pounds for the week. Yay! I also got my 20 pound star to put on my bookmark. It's funny how silly little trinkets and stickers can keep you motivated. I was hoping for a bigger loss this week, but Thursday night killed me! Pauly and I went with my parents to a food tasting at Chef Dominique's where we got to sample tons of stuff that we can pick from for our reception. Almost everything was delicious and I had a bit too much. Oh well! I usually have a very small loss the week after a big one...so this one was actually not bad.

I've been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and then Walk Away the Pounds this week. I haven't hit the gym at all...I've been thinking about trying a class or two next week there but I'm not sure. I also plan on using some of the other videos I haven't done in a while just to change it up a bit.

Almost time to weigh in!!!

Hello!

I just got done getting my ass whipped by Jillian Michael's workout doing the 30 day shred, Level one. This is my second time doing it, and I love it. Last night I did Bob's Yoga which was really relaxing. When I am doing yoga, I actually feel my thighs toning up as I do it. Sweet.

My goal is to be 150 or 145 by my wedding. I am 164 right now. My body seems to like to be in the 160's for some odd reason. My weight never wants to budge unless I not eat, which is a big no-no...we all know that. Well, I am going to continue on this journey.

The big first week weigh in is Saturday morning! booyah! hopefully...

Checking In!

I've been busy and also was feeling crummy earlier this week, so I'm finally getting around to updating my data. Instead of putting my actual weight down each week in the chart, I will put down the number of pounds I lost or gained for the week. I may change my mind about that later!

I took Monday and Tuesday off from exercise, but was back at it Wednesday. I only managed to get 30 minutes in since Paul called me to pick him up in the middle of a good sweat. Grrrr!!! I hope the rest of the week will be better.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds in the next 3 months...which will be pretty close to Danielle's wedding. I've already lost 19.2 since starting WW, and almost 30 pounds overall. I won't be to my final goal at the end of three months, but I hope to be pretty close by my own wedding!
