Checking In!

I've been busy and also was feeling crummy earlier this week, so I'm finally getting around to updating my data. Instead of putting my actual weight down each week in the chart, I will put down the number of pounds I lost or gained for the week. I may change my mind about that later!

I took Monday and Tuesday off from exercise, but was back at it Wednesday. I only managed to get 30 minutes in since Paul called me to pick him up in the middle of a good sweat. Grrrr!!! I hope the rest of the week will be better.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds in the next 3 months...which will be pretty close to Danielle's wedding. I've already lost 19.2 since starting WW, and almost 30 pounds overall. I won't be to my final goal at the end of three months, but I hope to be pretty close by my own wedding!

  1. So, is that your weight in the box with the asterisks or is that the number of pounds lost?

  2. I was originally putting what my last numbers of my weight were in there....but then it ended having the same numbers as my first week loss...so it was a bit confusing looking! So, I changed it to all asterisks.
