Week one sucked
week one sucked for me. But, it could have been worse. I could have gained weight instead of maintaining. I really need to stop eating those darn ice cream bars. Those get me in trouble. Week two has started out great. Yesterday I did the 30 minute shred and the cool down of the yoga so I didn't hurt afterwards. Tonight, I am going to register at Kohl's, so that is going to give me a walking workout. Maybe I will do my yoga a bit tonight too. I have been incorporating more fruits and veggies in my diet this week and drinking more water. yay. This Thursday I have a procedure done at the doctor's, so hopefully I can still exercise after that. We will see what the scale says on Saturday. Woot!

Glad to hear that week 2 is going better for you. What procedure did you have?
ReplyDeleteI had the same one i did last time where they took biopsies of my cervix. It hurt like a mofo and I have been sleeping like non stop since Thursday since I have had it done...almost to the point where I feel sick from sleeping too much. Ugh, hopefully my body will heal itself. Do you want to come next Saturday to my dress fitting at the French Door? Brenna and Malissa are also going to have their fittings too.

ReplyDeleteBy the way...your loss on your tracker isn't matching what you have on the chart..unless I suck at math! I have you as 3.8 pounds down. Are you using a number from when you were higher than 164?
